If you are returning a product you purchased within the last 5 days, email us at info@swynol.com to initiate your return and we will assist you. We are unable to accept returns/refunds of partial sets, bundles or open or used products.Once the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return/refund to be processed.

 Please note: We are not able to refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. Swynol does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
